The Children’s Museum of Rock County is a volunteer-driven initiative that began in 2006, born from the community's desire for a dedicated space for children to explore and learn. Despite challenges like the Great Recession and the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors has remained committed to bringing this vision to life, currently operating from a starter space in Olde Towne Mall, Janesville.
CMRC is dedicated to fostering emotional, social, intellectual, and physical growth in children through play.
