Founded in 1990, Children’s Law Center of California (CLC) stands as the largest children’s legal services organization in the nation. With a dedicated team of nearly 500 professionals, CLC provides essential legal representation to nearly 25,000 children and youth in foster care across Los Angeles, Sacramento, and Placer counties.

CLC is committed to advocating for children and youth affected by abuse and neglect, ensuring they receive the legal representation they deserve. Since 2000, CLC has successfully sponsored over 60 pieces of legislation, significantly enhancing the child welfare system and its impact on vulnerable youth.
