Our Mission
The Children’s Hunger Project is dedicated to combating childhood hunger by providing weekend meals to elementary school children in Brevard County, Florida. With over 50% of children in the area relying on free or reduced-price meals, the organization ensures that no child goes hungry over the weekend.
Impact
Since 2010, The Children’s Hunger Project has expanded from serving 27 children to over 4,000 at 60 schools. This growth has led to improved attendance, better test scores, and enhanced overall health among children.
