EIN: 38-3672492 · Statesville, NC
Our Story
Children’s Hope Alliance has a rich history dating back to 1883, originally founded as the Presbyterian Orphans Home. Over the years, it has evolved to meet the changing needs of children, now serving over 7,000 children across North Carolina through in-home and community-based care. The organization focuses on providing support to those who have experienced abuse or neglect, offering foster care, adoption, and therapeutic services.
Impact
Last year, 80% of every dollar donated went directly to programs that support children and families. The organization served 1,744 children and families, with 925 children on their healing journey after receiving outpatient therapeutic services.
Why Donate?
Fees received for services only cover 66% of the cost of services. Private contributions are essential to fully serve North Carolina children and families in need. Donors play a crucial role in funding the mission, providing hope and support to those at risk of failure.
