Children’s Center of Cicero-Berwyn

Our Story

Since 1978, the Children’s Center of Cicero-Berwyn has been dedicated to responding to the needs of the community. Starting with just twenty-eight children at our first site, Grant Works, the center has grown to serve over 950 families across nine locations. Our diverse programs include childcare, full and half-day preschool, Head Start, and home visiting services for children from birth to age five. Collaborating closely with local school districts and community organizations, the center ensures that families receive the support they need.

With most programs offered free to qualifying families, the Children’s Center has positively impacted the lives of countless children and parents in the Cicero and Berwyn areas.
