Founded in October 2013, Children’s Alliance of South Texas ~ A Child Advocacy Center plays a vital role in supporting child victims of abuse and their families across the 81st Judicial District, which includes Atascosa, Frio, Karnes, La Salle, and Wilson counties.
When allegations of abuse arise, children are referred to our three child-friendly centers, where trained professionals deliver 100% free, comprehensive therapeutic services aimed at healing and justice.
