Our Story
Established in 1989, the Children's Advocacy Center of North and Northwest Cook County (CAC) is dedicated to supporting children who have been victims of or witnesses to violence. With over 900 accredited centers across the U.S. and 34 countries, CAC serves 38 suburbs of Chicago, providing essential services to those in need.
Impact
In FY24, CAC served 1,807 clients, delivering 4,205 hours of mental health services. These efforts help children build resilience and lead healthier lives.
