Our Story

Since opening in 1997, the Children’s Advocacy Center for North Texas has been a beacon of hope for over 20,000 abused children. By fostering a collaborative environment with law enforcement and Child Protective Services, the center minimizes trauma and allows children to share their stories in a safe, child-friendly space.

Impact

In 2022 alone, the center conducted 1,263 forensic interviews and provided 8,179 therapy sessions, significantly impacting the lives of children in the community.
