Children of Inmates, Inc. was founded to support the needs of approximately 300,000 children in Florida with incarcerated parents. By providing wraparound case management and family reunification services, COI aims to break the cycle of intergenerational incarceration.
Since 2007, COI has facilitated over 500 bonding visits for more than 2,500 children, resulting in 90% of children experiencing stronger bonds with their incarcerated parents and caregivers.
