Founded in 1989, Children At Play Early Intervention Center (CAP) has been a beacon of hope for children with special needs in Staten Island. With a commitment to individualized care, CAP offers a range of services including preschool education, evaluations, and special education itinerant services. In 2017, CAP expanded its offerings to include waiver services such as Self Direction and respite services for both children and adults, ensuring comprehensive support for families.
