Our Story

Founded in 1945 by a group of visionary women in Columbus, Ohio, The Childhood League Center began as a response to the childcare needs of families affected by World War II. Over the decades, the organization has evolved to focus on children with developmental disabilities, opening its first class for these children in 1964. The current facility, established in 1990, is dedicated to innovative education and early intervention programs, with plans for a new facility to further expand its impactful services.
