In 2011, attorney Larry Borten volunteered in Vietnam and witnessed the heartbreaking conditions of abandoned children with disabilities. Troubled by their neglect, he returned multiple times, learning about the challenges these children face. With the support of family and friends, he founded ChildCare Vietnam to provide essential education and care for these vulnerable children.
