Stephanie, a co-founder of Child Rescue, carries a legacy of resilience. Her mother, Lorrie, was trafficked as a child but broke the cycle of abuse, ensuring that Stephanie became the first woman in her family in a century not forced into exploitation. Inspired by her mother’s courage, Stephanie is dedicated to protecting vulnerable young women in her community. "Girls are being purchased in our own neighborhoods, but no one sees them," she emphasizes. This stark reality drives the mission of Child Rescue to open society's eyes to the horrors of child trafficking.

Our Impact

Since 2009, Child Rescue has been at the forefront of the fight against child trafficking, bringing children to safety and holding criminals accountable. The organization also provides essential aftercare programs to support victim recovery.
