Our Story
Founded in 2002 by Paramedic Steph Pocius and a dedicated team of EMTs, the Child and Pet Relief Fund Inc, known as CPR Fund, emerged from a profound compassion for animals. This all-volunteer organization is committed to ending the needless euthanasia of adoptable pets, making a significant impact in the Chicago area and beyond.
Impact
Since its inception, CPR Fund has rescued over 2,000 animals from an unfair fate, providing essential veterinary care and placing them in loving foster homes until they find their forever families.
