Our Story

Founded in 1984, Child Advocates San Antonio (CASA) was inspired by the first CASA program in Seattle. With just 13 volunteers, the organization has grown to over 600 dedicated advocates, all committed to ensuring the best interests of children in the foster care system.

Impact

Last year, CASA volunteers provided 18,242 hours of service, profoundly impacting the lives of children in Bexar County. An impressive 97% of children reported that their CASA Advocate made a significant difference in their lives.
