Established in 1986 by Cindy Pritzker and civic leaders, the Chicago Public Library Foundation has been the exclusive fundraising partner of the Chicago Public Library for nearly 40 years. The Foundation collaborates with thousands of Library champions to enhance programming for Chicagoans of all ages and neighborhoods.
