Established in 1978, the Chicago Metropolitan Sports Association (CMSA) has grown to encompass 14 sports and over 4,500 athletes across the Chicago region. CMSA athletes compete at local, regional, and national levels, building a vibrant community through sports.
As the largest not-for-profit LGBTQ+ sports organization in the Midwest, CMSA provides recreational and competitive play for all individuals, regardless of sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
