Our Story

The Chicago American Indian Community Collaborative (CAICC) is a vital network of seventeen Native American organizations dedicated to improving the lives of Native Americans in the Chicago area. Established in March 2012, CAICC emerged from a shared recognition of the community's need for cohesion and visibility. The collaborative aims to promote understanding and respect for Native culture while fostering strong community relationships and developing a comprehensive service model tailored to urban settings.

Impact

Through its initiatives, CAICC has successfully enhanced inter-organizational cooperation, trust, and resource sharing among Native American organizations in Chicago.
