Chica Project was founded by Nurys Camargo to create a mentoring program for Latina women. With a focus on youth development, the organization has successfully served over 3,000 chicas through various programs and workshops.

Chica Project has facilitated 170 workshops and boasts a remarkable 99% high school graduation rate among participants, many of whom go on to enroll in college.
