Founded in 1996, Cheyenne Mountain Lacrosse Club was established with a simple goal: let the kids play. In the greater Colorado Springs area, opportunities for youth lacrosse were scarce. A dedicated group of parents and players came together to create a club that would provide access and promote the sport for boys and girls in District 12.
Over the years, CMLC has significantly contributed to the growth of lacrosse in the community, directly impacting Cheyenne Mountain High School's men's and women's teams. As of 2023, CMHS proudly stands as the only 4A program in Colorado to have won four State Championships.
