Founded in 1987 by Peter P. Zion, Esq., Chester County's Children Inc. is dedicated to ensuring that no child misses out on essential childhood opportunities due to financial hardship. The organization provides critical financial aid to families in crisis and children up to the age of 21 living in foster care in Chester County.
