Our Story

The Chemical Abuse Services Agency, Inc. (CASA) was founded in 1987 to address the urgent need for accessible behavioral health services for underserved communities, including Latinos and African-Americans. Over the past 30 years, CASA has emerged as a leading multicultural behavioral health organization in Connecticut, offering specialized residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment services, particularly for monolingual Spanish-speaking clients.
