The Chelly Foundation was established to improve the lives of children in rural villages in Cambodia, particularly in the Chum Kiri District of Kampot Province. Since 2015, the foundation has focused on providing educational opportunities, including the construction of The Chelly Library and The Chelly School, and sponsoring local high school students through the Chelly Scholars program. Recently, the foundation has expanded its mission to include work in Jaipur, India.
The Chelly Foundation has transformed the lives of children in Chum Kiri by providing educational resources, scholarships, and essential services such as sanitation facilities and food programs. To date, 27 Chelly Scholars have been sponsored, with 18 graduates achieving university degrees, marking a significant impact on the community.
