Our Story

The Chelan Douglas CASA program was established in 1994 by dedicated foster parents aiming to advocate for children in the court system. Inspired by Judge David W. Soukup's vision, this program provides trained volunteers to represent the best interests of children who have faced abuse or neglect.

Impact

In 2022, Chelan Douglas CASA served 171 children with the support of 97 active volunteers, contributing an impressive 8,684 volunteer casework hours.
