Charlotte City Ballet is a pre-professional, community-based ballet company dedicated to showcasing both classic and contemporary works. Founded in 1985 by Claudia Folts and Beverly Barwick, and currently directed by Melissa Hale Coyle and Lisa Leone, CCBC has a rich history of collaboration with esteemed local orchestras and participation in regional dance festivals.
