Charlie’s Angels Animal Rescue
EIN: 27-1614841 · Fletcher, NC
Our Story
Founded in 2009, Charlie’s Angels Animal Rescue began as a foster and transport rescue dedicated to saving animals from euthanasia in Transylvania County. In 2012, the organization expanded by opening a shelter in Fletcher, NC, allowing for greater collaboration with county shelters and the ability to save even more lives. With a small staff and a passionate group of volunteers, Charlie’s Angels is committed to making a difference for animals in need.
Impact
Every year, thousands of dogs and cats find themselves in county shelters across Western North Carolina. Many are strays or abandoned pets, facing the threat of euthanasia. Charlie’s Angels provides a lifeline for these vulnerable animals, partnering with shelters in six counties to rescue the abused, neglected, and senior pets that often go unnoticed.
