Our Story

Founded in 2014 by Cortney Jones, who aged out of the foster care system into homelessness, Change 1 Mind Change 1 Life emerged from a personal journey to create a brighter future for foster youth. Officially recognized as a 501(c)(3) in 2017, the organization has dedicated itself to advocating for youth, engaging communities, and partnering with systems to co-create solutions that empower young people to reach their full potential.
