Our Story
Chance Sports was founded by Colorado State Senator James Coleman and former Colorado State Representative Colin Larson to provide scholarships to competitive youth athletes. Recognizing the high costs associated with club sports, they aimed to level the playing field for families in need.
Impact
Since its inception in 2022, Chance Sports has awarded $552,826 in scholarships to 448 youth athletes, with an average scholarship amount of $1,233. The organization partners with 64 clubs, focusing on inclusivity, with 82% of athletes of color and 32% of female athletes receiving support.
