Chainless Change is a peer-led Recovery Community Organization founded in 2018, dedicated to providing essential skills, tools, and second chances for individuals in South Florida facing addiction, mental health challenges, and trauma. The organization actively works to dismantle the prison industrial complex, advocating for restorative and transformative processes that address the needs of those impacted by the criminal legal system.

Impact

Since its inception, Chainless Change has fostered a supportive community for justice-involved individuals, enhancing self-advocacy and leading voter registration campaigns. In 2021, the organization increased the number of people served by nearly fifty percent, demonstrating its commitment to impactful change.
