Centro Latino of Iowa was established in 2001 to assist the growing Latino community in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Originally a task force by the United Methodist Churches, it has evolved into a professional nonprofit dedicated to providing essential services to Hispanic and Latino individuals and families.
