Our Story

Centro de Trabajadores Unidos en la Lucha (CTUL) is a worker-led organization dedicated to empowering individuals to advocate for their rights in the workplace and community. Based in Minneapolis, CTUL collaborates with various organizations to build a movement focused on achieving racial, gender, and economic justice.

Impact

In Minneapolis, one in five residents lives below the poverty line, with communities of color facing the greatest challenges. The Black poverty rate is over four times higher than that of white residents. With the wealthiest corporations in Minnesota holding over $1 trillion in assets, CTUL works tirelessly to address these systemic inequalities and uplift marginalized communities.
