In 1968, Judge R. Paul Campbell and a group of dedicated volunteers established the Centre County Youth Service Bureau to provide local youth with the support they need without sending them far from home. Over the decades, the mission has remained steadfast: to help children and youth thrive in their community. Today, YSB offers a range of innovative, evidence-based programs tailored to meet the evolving needs of local youth and families.
Each year, YSB positively impacts the lives of over 15,000 youth and family members through prevention programs, family services, and residential homes.
