Since its inaugural flight in October 2013, Central Valley Honor Flight has dedicated itself to honoring local World War II veterans by providing them with the opportunity to visit their memorial in Washington D.C. This organization was established to address the urgent need to recognize these heroes, as they are passing away at an alarming rate.

Impact of Central Valley Honor Flight

To date, over 1800 veterans, including those from the Korean and Vietnam Wars, have been transported to Washington D.C. Each trip, costing approximately $1,500 per veteran, is funded entirely through generous community donations.
