Central Valley Children's Services Network began in 1976 as FIND CARE (Families In Need of Day Care), a vital resource for parents seeking child care. Initially funded by the State Department of Education, this innovative program has evolved significantly over the years. Incorporated as a private non-profit in 1984, it now serves as Fresno County's Child Care Resource & Referral Agency, employing over 50 dedicated professionals.
