By breaking down barriers to equitable access to care, this organization ensures that every individual receives comprehensive healthcare, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.

Impact

In 2022, CommUnityCare served over 129,000 patients, providing nearly half of the local safety net primary care services in Travis County. The Street Medicine Team notably reached 4,765 homeless patients in 2023, expanding outreach and community impact.
