Our Story

The Central Minnesota Housing Partnership, Inc. (CMHP) was established in May 1993 with a mission to preserve, improve, and increase the affordable housing stock in Central Minnesota. Designated as a Community Housing Development Organization by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency in 1994, CMHP has successfully developed innovative programs and services that cater to low and moderate-income households. Over the years, CMHP has leveraged over $255 million to address the region's housing needs.
