Our Story
Central Gardens, originally part of the Solomon Rozelle estate, was established in the late 19th and early 20th centuries as a showcase neighborhood. With its grand boulevards and shared greenways, it achieved its present character by 1930. In 1982, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places, encompassing approximately 83 blocks and 1540 structures, primarily single-family residences.
