Our Story

Central Florida Home for Good (CFHG) was founded by Kim Fogle, who dedicated her life to serving those experiencing homelessness in Central Florida. After years of volunteer work and witnessing the struggles of low-income families, Kim used her retirement savings to establish CFHG in 2019. The organization focuses on creating and managing affordable, high-quality housing, with its first project, Sanford Courtyard, providing ten fully occupied units and an additional ten units in development.

Our Impact

CFHG's mission transcends mere housing; it aims to build a foundation for brighter futures. With a 100% occupancy rate over two years and an 85% resident retention rate, CFHG has successfully housed ten families, including nine fully employed individuals and one disabled veteran. Notably, it is the only multi-family unit in a district of 1,618 units with zero police calls in 2023.
