Established in 2002, the Central Coast Clean Cities Coalition, known as C5, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Energy. C5 is dedicated to fostering partnerships with diverse stakeholders to advance transportation decarbonization across California’s Central Coast.
Since its inception, C5 has successfully displaced over 2.7 million gasoline gallon equivalents and reduced approximately 30,000 tons of greenhouse gas emissions across San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties.
