Our Story
Since 1992, Central Carolina Health Network has been dedicated to providing comprehensive care services for individuals and families affected by HIV in the Piedmont-Triad area. Serving seven counties, CCHN focuses on expanding access to quality care and reducing the spread of HIV through education and prevention.
Impact
In 2018, nearly 150 new diagnoses of HIV or AIDS were reported in our service area, with over 3,700 individuals currently living with these conditions. CCHN, alongside funded partners, has supported over 2,200 individuals in our community.
