Our Story

Founded in 2001 by Captain Chia Shan Yang in Rockford, Illinois, Central Asia Sharing Aid (C.A.S.A.) is dedicated to the well-being and spiritual renewal of Central Asian children. The organization is a major sponsor of the Mercy Charitable Christian Foundation (MCCF) in Kyrgyzstan, focusing on education, health care, and economic development. C.A.S.A. operates several schools and orphanages, serving around 1200 children in Northern Kyrgyzstan, nurturing their physical, moral, and spiritual needs.
