Our Story

Centers for New Horizons is a Black-led organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in South Side Chicago for over 50 years. Through programs in early childhood education, youth development, violence interruption, workforce development, and senior services, the organization fosters community growth and resilience.

Impact

Serving over 6,000 families daily, Centers for New Horizons connects individuals to meaningful employment, assists victims of violence, and improves academic performance among youth. Each year, over 500 individuals find jobs through our programs, and more than 200 victims of violence receive crucial support.
