Center in Midland

Our Story

For over a decade, the Center in Midland has been a beacon of hope in a community with limited resources. Founded by the pastor of Four Mile Church, this initiative began with community partnerships and the establishment of a camp in 2010. The journey continued with the opening of a child care center in 2011, followed by food and clothing banks in 2012. Since then, the Center has served over 1300 children, launching various programs including mentoring and arts classes, and officially becoming a nonprofit in 2018.

Impact

To date, more than 1300 kids from kindergarten through high school have benefited from our programs. New ministries continue to flourish, including art, cooking, dance, and music, alongside a community-based mentoring program that has transformed many young lives.
