The Center for Youth Development Through Law (CYDL) was founded in 1999 in collaboration with the U.C. Berkeley School of Law. This organization is dedicated to empowering youth from marginalized communities by providing them with essential legal education and mentorship opportunities.

Impacting Lives and Futures

Nearly 800 youth have graduated from CYDL's Summer Program, with over 95% continuing their education in higher institutions. Many alumni have pursued advanced degrees and are now contributing to various fields, including law and social services.
