The Center for Quality People and Organizations Inc. was founded in 2002, stemming from a partnership initiated by Toyota Corporation's establishment of a manufacturing plant in Georgetown, Kentucky. The organization focuses on developing educational programs that prepare students for careers, particularly aligned with Toyota's hiring practices. Through the QUEST program, CQPO enhances teamwork and problem-solving skills among students, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in education, business, and community organizations.
