Our Story

Founded on October 1, 1995, the Center for Independent Living of North Central PA (CILNCP) began as a satellite office of the Center for Independent Living of Central Pennsylvania. Located in Williamsport, PA, CILNCP became an independent entity in 1998, dedicated to advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities. This organization emphasizes the importance of accessibility and inclusion, ensuring that the voices of the disabled community are heard in local governance.
