Empowering Independence Through Conductive Education

The Center for Independence Through Conductive Education was founded in 1998 with a mission to help children and young adults with disabilities achieve their highest level of independence. Starting with just six children in a local church, the Center has grown to serve over 250 children annually across four locations in the Chicagoland area.

Making a Lasting Impact

Over the past 20 years, the Center has provided nearly $11 million in charitable services, positively impacting the lives of over 650 children and young adults with physical disabilities. The focus on community support empowers families to believe in endless possibilities for their children.

Why Your Donation Matters

Donations to the Center for Independence are vital for providing financial assistance to families in need. With approximately 90% of every dollar going directly to programs, every contribution ensures that children with physical disabilities receive the necessary therapy and support.
