Our Story

The Center for Financial Empowerment, founded in 2005 by Rize Credit Union, is dedicated to breaking the cycle of generational poverty through youth financial education. By partnering with high schools and community organizations in Southern California and Southern Nevada, the organization empowers disadvantaged young people to make informed financial choices.

Impact

In 2024, the Center conducted 45 workshops, reaching 2,755 students and awarding $12,000 in scholarships, showcasing its commitment to enhancing financial literacy among youth.
