Our Story

The Center for Disability Empowerment (CDE) is a community-based, non-residential center dedicated to serving individuals of all ages with disabilities in Franklin, Delaware, Licking, and Union County, Ohio. Established in 2012, CDE is staffed primarily by individuals with disabilities who understand the unique challenges faced by their consumers.
