Our Story

The Center for Coaching in Organizations (CCO) was founded by a dedicated group of executive coaches and organizational leaders who recognize the transformative power of coaching. Emerging from the Executive Coaching program at the University of Saint Thomas, CCO was established to meet the growing needs of the community after the program's discontinuation in 2020. The inaugural Coaching in Organizations Summit in Spring 2021 marked a pivotal moment for CCO, setting the stage for a broader mission.
